Terms and Conditions

 I have checked with the cemetery to ensure the markers I am purchasing meets all their requirements. 

Material in this memorial shall be of the best selected monumental grade, free from imperfections, and first class in every way.

To be completed or shipped in the quoted time frame, unless delayed by troubles beyond my control, and then as soon as possible thereafter.

The above memorials are to remain the property of Wonder Memorials, until fully paid for: right of removal understood.

In consideration of this agreement by Wonder Memorials and the undersigned (purchaser) agrees to pay the agreed final price.

This order shall become a contract between the purchaser and Wonder Memorials upon agreement thereof with it being understood that this instrument upon which such acceptance covers all of the agreements between the purchaser and Mr. Wonder and that Mr. Wonder has not made any statements or agreements, verbal or written modifying or adding to the terms and conditions herein set forth.  

It is further understood that upon acceptance of this order the contract so made cannot be cancelled or modified by the purchaser in any manner except by agreement in writing between the purchaser and Wonder Memorials.
